After a hearty breakfast you will be picked up and transferred to the Eros Airport in town. A small plane will take you to the oldest desert in the world- the Namib. You will be transferred by car for the last stretch to the beautiful &Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge situated in the Namib Rand Nature Reserve.

During the afternoon you will participate in a scenic drive.

After dinner you can enjoy some star gazing with the telescope.

Your guide will take you on a tour in search of the desert adapted elephants. The afternoon is at leisure.

Today’s flight will take you to the far North to either Serra Cafema at the Kunene River bordering Angola, or to the  Hoanib Camp situated close to the Hoanib riverbed. Both are situated in Kaokoland in the northwestern part of the country. At Serra Cafema you can visit a local Himba village and learn more about the last nomadic cultural group, and you can enjoy a relaxing boat cruise.

At the Hoanib Camp you can join a nature drive in this picturesque landscape. With a little luck you might see the desert adapted lions and elephants!
