Welcome to Namibia!
A Red Earth Safaris representative will greet you at the airport and take you to the historic Heinitzburg. There you will receive your travel documents with a cup of good coffee on the hotel’s beautiful viewing terrace.
Afterwards, you can relax by the pool before your guide introduces you to the capital, Windhoek, on a guided city tour.

After a hearty breakfast you will be transferred to the local Eros airport. A small plane takes you to the oldest desert in the world – the Namib!
The last kilometers to the lodge in the Namib Rand Nature Reserve are carried out in a safari vehicle. In the afternoon you will take a trip to the Namib Rand Nature Reserve. The red dune sand with the green bushman grass offers a breathtaking backdrop! After dinner you can have the African starry sky explained to you. An expert guide and a telescope are available for you.

This day can start with a hot air balloon ride, or you can stay on the ground and explore the dune area on quad bikes. If you would like to visit Sossus and Deadvlei, this can be arranged for you. Today your desired activities are to be paid for directly on site and are not included!

After a leisurely breakfast, your pilot will take you to the beautiful Damaraland to the Mowani Mountain Camp. This is surrounded by huge granite rocks that are reminiscent of the Fred Feuerstein family. You live in luxury tents with every comfort imaginable!
In the afternoon you will take part in a guided tour of the World Heritage Site in Twyfelfontein. Numerous rock engravings and some San rock paintings await you there. Please wear comfortable shoes for hiking!
Included: 1 night in luxury tents at Mowani Mountain Camp with all meals and above-mentioned drive to Twyfelfontein.
In the morning, your guide will take you on a search for the desert-adapted elephants that live here.

Today we head to Kaokoland in the far northwest of the country. You live either directly on the Kunene River, the border river to Angola, in the Serra Cafema Camp, or on the Hoanib dry river bed in the Hoanib Camp.
In Serra Cafema you can visit a local Himba village and take a boat trip on the Kunene.
In Hoanib Camp you go in search of elephants that are adapted to desert conditions. Sometimes you even come across one or two lions here!
The four-wheel drive in the dry Hoanib riverbed is fascinating with the huge, old camel thorn and ana trees and many green Salvadora bushes where the elephants feast!

You will fly to the eastern park entrance to Onguma The Fort.

Today you fly back to Windhoek to Eros Airport.

There are numerous restaurants available in Windhoek, or you can book your dinner directly at Olive Exclusive.
